Honestly, Nintendo is always a step ahead. And if someone gets a leg up on them, it won't be for long.

It has been and always will be a seesaw battle.

What I find stupid is they release this to the internet! They say their names, and in theory you could find these guys with this video footage. The other issue is their impatience. Why do it now when barely any games are up? Why not wait a year, when there's a massive selection?

I was hoping they'd be making something like Zbattle work with the Wii. I hope they get busted. This is exactly why we are getting so few VC games. Nintendo knew the first few months would have hackers. If hackers didn't exist we'd probably have a much larger selection of games at launch.
