ok, here, i'll write it for ya.

1. get a sprite

lets start with a pokemon right now, choose a base.
lets do oddish.

there are many different oddishs, choose the best base for you.

Lets choose this one,

on the menu (on the side) it will say guides then press spriteing (right under the word guides)

Now add other things to it.

lets recolor first.

copy, paste on paint, now copy another pokemon, let do firey oddish.

See the different color shades? there are about 3 of them. Dark, normal and light, swap those colors.

oddish and ponyta has 2 colors so we can morph the colors.

see, color swap is easy. lets do the bottom part now.

tada! we recolored the oddish, lets put flames on it now.
