So I'm getting my Wii soon and need a method of connecting it to my widescreen acer lcd monitor that accepts VGA only, turns out I need a vga box.

I want to ask, who here is actually using a VGA box with their wii, and what's the quality like?

It depends on what kind of VGA box you're going to be using and also the max resolution for your monitor, for TVs that are 480i/p, the resolution are 720x480, 720i/p are 1280x720, and 1024i/p are 1920x1080. Clearly a regular LCD monitor exceeds such definitions, but for best results set your monitor settings to 60Hz.

It's 16:10 1440 x 900

hi...My monitor is a LG L194WT-SF.
Info here.

What's the best VGA for wii? And which one give the best resolution?
I'm searching for one with 1440 x 900 at least...I found this one which supports 1600 x 1200 @ 75 Hz.
For example...That vga I shown first is 1600 * 1200 @ 75 hz.
Why does this one ... have 720x576, 60Hz mode resolution: 720x480 does that mean I can't use full screen mode in this one?

What I want is to play wii on my pc monitor with full screen mode.

Please help me...I'm noob at this lol.
