Weapons Unlocked?

Hoping someone can help me. When I unlock a gun, it doesn't show up in my collection of weapons. What am I doing wrong?

Are you checking both your primary and secondary weapons for the newly unlocked gun?

for multiplayer weapon unlocks...

When you reach levels in multiplayer to unlock weapons you need to select them in the custom loadouts. You have five profiles to save loadouts to mix and match weapons, gadgets, and abilities.

You can change the loadout during the game by pressing the (+) on the classic controller and using the menu. Next spawn will use that loadout.
