Megaman hands down...he was basically born in Nintendo, and Capcom was the first major licensee of nintendo.
Besides that, there's K. Rool, Ridley...
oh, and Lyn or Hector from Fire Emblem...it insulted me how lame lyn was made, even as an AT, when she had the potential to truly be top tier. Hector is also awesome...having a fighter using an axe...just awesome.
oh, and krystal is also a shame...would've been a very unique character.

Xbox 360 already has a Smash Bros rip off. it's an XLA Game called Small Arms. SSB kinda copied their stuff from a dreamcast game called Powerstone but that game might have been released after don't know for sure. But hey SSB is one of the funnest fighters around.
