Whats The Worst character To Put In Brawl

There's plenty of moves for ganondorf. They were just being lazy when they cloned him off of Cpt. Falcon. Like he could create energy balls and throw them at people. In some of the games he can enter a portal and appear in different places, wouldn't it be cool if he could disappear and reappear behind other players. He could be given serveral unique sword attacks.

Oliver - Yeah, he is annoying, but I sense him being in the woodwork in brawl some way. Maybe an assist trophy?
In any case, I wouldnt want:
Anymore pokemon
No Earthbound charecters (poo is gay)
Jigglypuff needs to go

What I want:
Krystal (from StarFox)
NiGHTS (and another certain SEGA charecter)
Ocelot (Snake isnt the only mgs charecter I bet)
