Wii loses Netflix username

I've been using Netflix on my Wii for nearly 2 years now. All of a sudden last week, it started prompting me for my username and password everytime I go into Netflix. Has anyone else experienced this? It's quite annoying, to say the least.

I don't have this trouble with anything else on the Wii (i.e., Amazon Instant Video).
