Wii movie files

I have a 1 Gig card which actually has 947mb when formatted. I just converted the Pirates of the caribbean 2 using PSP video 9 and it was added to the card easily in fact it heres the information on the disk

Size 555MB
Lenght 2:30'40"
Video Codec MPEG-4 448 kbps
Audio Codec AAC 64 kbps

Plays fine no problem. Left 397 on the card

Really? How does the PSP Video 9 convert differently? It must decrease the quality of the video.

I just used PSP Video 9 to convert my files, yes the files were smaller but it did not work on my Wii.

Now some of my mp4s aren't working. Which files work!?!?!
