Wii Set up problems still happening...help

Ok, so the udates on my new Wii never finished updating, it just sat there for 3 hours saying, updating, do not turn off'. the blue bar was almost at the other end and there was about less than 1/4 of an inch to go but it did not go anywhere. what is wrong? :shocked: i brought the disk to my cousin's house and it worked fine there.:wink:

i ejected the wii sports disk. turned it off. put in starwars and that loaded no problem. played for about 1/2 hour until it froze. why??:yikes:

the same thing happened to the sonic game. as it was going through the story in the beginning, then it suddenly froze. why? :nonod:

is it the console?:mad2:

i have been trying the nintendo 1-800 number for 2 hours and it keeps saying that my call did not go through. is there a different number? :cryin:

damn sorry to hear that, stick with the customer service calls. I'm sure theres a lot of people calling them during this time of year.
