Wii Warranty in the UK

Hi - How do you register your warranty for the Wii in the UK? The official Nintendo site is for US and Canada only and when I've been on Nintendo Europe, it only gives me the option to register my Stars - not the S/N.

I won my Wii in a competition so do not have any sort of receipt to take it back to the shop in case anything goes wrong.

If you have any games, the number should be at the back of the instruction manual.

It comes with a 1 year warrenty I think.
I have my recipt if anything does go wrong I think theres a way of seeing when it was purchased. Other than that contact the company who you won it off
