The sale of eggs and flour around Halloween in most English cities are banned because of Mischief Night. Another lovely holiday the scouse are verrry into.

I don't know anyone throwing a Halloween party so I think I'll just stay in. But I have a ballerina costume, don't think I'll have the chance to wear it.
