It's kind of unfortunate. Once we see the shiniest thing in the sky we always like to deem it a lucky star or an angel's presence or something to friends or loved ones. To remember it's a satellite is like an anti-sentimental kick in the balls.

Well then, all you have to do is remember that stars are really just giant balls of plasma with no magical properties. There, now you won't be disappointed by the fact that it's just a space station.
