it's because you're a "member2" usergroup.

I used to be one, and now I'm just a "wiichat member"

I dunno if that helps you in modcp mitch, as jill couldn't save anything.

the only thing i can do in mod CP is edit sigs and ban people so it doesnt really help. i0n is the only one who can change peoples usergroups

I'm still puzzled as to why i0n even created the member2 usergroup, and why he chose those certain privileges to ban.
