Pokemon X/Y

I have a stack of Club Nintendo points gathering dust on my desk that I still have to register, and I think one of those codes might be in there somewhere... If not I'll just grab one at Gamestaaap.
aaaaand looks like I'll have to find a friend who has a 3Ds with an unused code along with it...
if I have one that is

Oh, ya have to register both the game and system during March... that's lame. An offer exclusive only to those who've yet to support Ninty and buy the system. =/
Unless somebody can show me a source for this, I doubt that's how it works.

Been waitin' a few hours for some rain to evolve my Sliggoo. Was expectin' to finish my National Dex in literally just one day, but this alone has halted the plan by a single species. notamused.jpeg

You could have asked to borrow mine. :c

I would've if all I wanted was the dex entry... but then I'd have t' borrow it again next Generation. My intent is to have one of every species ready t' be Transporter'd to the next Generation at any time.

Also, change of plans regarding numerically organize my boxes; ditching said plans, I'm lazy. Don't intend to organize 'em at all, actually. Usin' the box search system doesn't take all-that long, so that's fine too.

Can 31 boxes even fit 718 Pokemon? I started having trouble keeping every at around 20+ boxes. Or are you using Bank to help?

721*

31 x 30 = 930

Doesn't leave much room for competitive stuff (when counting a box of trade fodder and a box for other things, like HM slaves or in-game stuff), but that's what Bank is for. If I haven't traded off my breedin' extras, they can go rot in a box on the internet.

yesweigh

Hell, I could've easily completed my Nat Dex yesterday if all that matters is "Species Seen" (which is indeed all that matters in order t' get the Charms).

Diancie's page has also been updated. Check it out.

DAT AINT STONE MISS

... Signature move aside, Diancie's movepool seems t' be lacking. Worse is that it has no Physical Fairy-type STAB, and doesn't even get Power Gem (lolwut) for a semi-usable Special Rock-type attack. I would hope the listed movepool is incomplete, otherwise I doubt Diancie will have any pressence in Uber... wouldn't be surprised if even its OU performance will be lackluster.

Also *Xerneas looks 'Karplike.

Those shinies look nice, 'specially Zygarde.

If you compare that with Diance's, they learn level up moves at the same level (I think, skimmed it), implying that Power Gem has been replaced with Trick Room for Diance...which is pointless, since Trick Room is a TM. I don't see ANY physical moves there aside from rock moves and Return...that's ridiculous. At least rock is a good offensive type, and outside of PP, Diamond Storm is awesome....

I am legitimately angry about Diance's apparent inability to learn Power Gem. First it's Heliolisk having Dry Skin (and to a lesser extent Sand Veil) while only having Solar Power as a HA, then it's Dedenne's inability to learn Dazzling Gleam, and now it's this. Trollfreak, wut r u doin.

Sacrificing a high crit-rate for better accuracy, 50% chance of lowering Defense, and the ability to hit all opponents in range? Any day.
I legitimately prefer Rock Slide to Stone Edge due to the accuracy issue, and to a lesser extent the PP issue. Sure, competitively I'd usually choose Stone Edge for the power, but I've always appreciated Rock Slide's acceptable power, acceptable accuracy, and great secondary effect.
