Super Smash Bros. 4

he be trollin', they hatin

On what basis?

There's gonna be voice acting 'n all that jazz in Fire Emblem: Awakening. Someone in the game who claims to be Marth, truth t' that or not, will receive a VA. In other words his English voice will finally exist; if the character is really Marth; and thus the chances of him gettin' dubbed in SSB4 increase dramatically.

I was kind of skeptical when they gave every Tekken character english voices in SFxT, but I honestly like all of their English voices better. I think I'm kinda bias towards English voices vs. Japanese.

I don't think they will dubb Marth in English. Mainly because his heritage is true to Japanese, that's where he is most recognized, and whether the franchise spread here or not, it will most likely stay his trademark seeing as it solidified Fire Emblem's spread to NA. Would be like giving G&W actual words to say, or like giving Banjo-Kazooie actual voices after all these years when it's the true nostalgic feeling that keeps people coming back. Nintendo could have even potentially dumped Mario long ago if he hadnt coined them the catch phrase "Here we go!" And made it a household reference point, even now.

My point is, Nintendo is gonna stick with what draws people in and what makes money. Bottom line, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

(P.S., I still say Banjo-Kazooie should make it into the next Smash Bros... Gruntilda too.)

The above is all null 'n void if the supposed-Marth in Awakening is indeed Marth, since he'll therefore have an English VA.

Does Marth's voice really matter? Isn't having him in the game a joy enough? Like I say, if one character doesn't say a word, its better off for everyone. In my case, I was talking about Link. Some people (Who obviously are not Zelda players) want to see Link and all the non-talking characters talk. Yeah, anyway, I've always wondered what Marth was saying in the Smash games, when he won.
