First I became obsessed with Stronghold in RDR, now it's Escort in Revelations. With one month of Live left, I'm at least makin' good use of it. :lol:

Escort is the second lowest scoring Team based mode, but after a day of practice and fully grasping the ins 'n outs, I broke the highest of Manhunt scores (the highest scoring Team mode by a long shot). 11,000+ in one round... My score alone would of beat the other team of four. :lol: I've never seen anyone in Escort get much further than 9,000 so I'm definitely ecstatic that I can already carry my team by myself. Not havin' to rely on team members to win must be why I like the game mode so much lol. Oh, and the fact that scoring high isn't dependent on breaking the game and playing like a douche bag. Takes real skill.

... Though, some imbecile stole my Poison kill thrice. All of them looked to be accidents, but they were very avoidable accidents if the moron didn't rush in to get a ****-terrible scoring kill. Prestiged players disappoint me more than unprestiged players these days.

Quite the exaggeration, but I definitely got sick of gettin' every single one of my Poison kills stolen one game after another... It motivated me to craft my Poison to make it kill twice as fast rather than have it made to get those extra 100 points. It actually worked, since I didn't get a single poison kill stolen after the change since the scrubs were too slow and too stupid. I'm gonna miss seeing 1,100 point kills, but hey, what can ya do. It's better than a stolen kill. :lol:

I can't count how many times I've forgotten to do the Mew glitch over the years lmao. I need to get on that.

Played some awful Escort today. Just havin' an off day. I kept swaggerin' up to the VIPs like a cocky imbecile and underestimating the low level scrubs. I realized half way in the session that I played at least half of 'em yesterday, so they must'a learned a thing or two from me 'n put it to good use. :lol: Immediately got my act together and started carrying my team as per usual.

Also as per usual, no one was playing Chest Capture... ... ...

I am officially a god of Escort. Scored 11,000+ four times this session, the highest being 12,500-12,590 (I don't remember the last two digits). Escort is usually so very low scoring, but I'm smashing my records repeatedly and defying the logic that it's a low-scoring mode. To hell with Manhunt, I'm on fire with Escort now. :lol:

... On the other hand, I am saddened that Escort is one of the least popular game modes.

No, I don't have any sort of electronic or device for recordin'-- oh wait, my 3DS, right. S'pose I can snapshot the next time I get an awesometacular score (some time tomorrow ). I'm pretty sure it tracks your highest score in each game mode, so I'll get a picture of that too if so.

My highest Escort score.Pretty hard to make out, yeah? :lol: Turns out it was 12,300, not 12,500. I think the tens digits is a 4, but I forgot already.

My set when hunting the VIPs. In my opinion, the most important part in gettin' a high score is having a proper set when you're hunting the VIPs. The bulk of your score should be getting your VIPs to checkpoints of course, but ya still need to make the most of being on the offense or ya ain't gonna break 10,000. When I was using Mute over Poison, too many failed Mutes (bad timing, lag, etc.) led to missed stuns and more importantly, missed kills. Thus, a much lower score (no higher than 9,500, if memory serves).

My highest Manhunt score, just because I can. 13,000; the tens digits might be a five, I can't tell. One ground finish difference either way, who cares lol.

Since experimenting with Escort ended up bein' quite good, I decided to give Wanted a shot (hadn't played the mode since my first week of ownin' Brotherhood and Revelations). Unfortunately, it's just as I remember: slow paced, low-scoring and highly luck based. Which is to say, boring. Played for a good few hours and my scores began to pick up 'n I was winning left and right when my luck was at least not awful. After said long session, I can definitely tell Wanted ain't for me and never will be. Might as well not even touch it in ACIII, 'sides to complete that "finish a match of every game mode" challenge. Back to Escort for me. :lol:

Speakin' of, I've been switching Mute 'n Poison back and forth on my Offensive Escort ability set. Too many poachers lately. Combined with the fact that it's obviously more versatile of an ability, it's far more viable when you ain't communicating with your team of randoms (even more so if your team is rubbish). I'd rather get a triple stun and a Focused Incognito than that 200-300 poison bonus.

After a couple of years I finally decided to finish what I started. After many cups of coffee and stress, I've finally beaten a Touhou game. I am at peace.

Escort lobbies normally have a non-prestige player or two since so few people play it, but holy****scrubvilletoday. Multiple lobbies with not a single prestiged player other than myself. The results were the matches bein' easy to the point of boredom. I wasn't entirely on my game but I still shattered my old record; now it's 13,000+ (a few hundred higher than my best in Manhunt). Bloody noobs.

Enough of 'em voted it into Manhunt games after the brutal rape I delivered, and they took to bein' a bunch of roof monkeys. Out come the Knife-Gun ability set for some taunt-happy fun. If there's anythin' better than killing an idiot who's camping on the roof in Manhunt, it's taunting them, knifing them, taunting again, then forcefully injecting a sphere of lead into their soon-to-be corpse. Many rage quits were made this night.

Valve removed the ability to slam dunk the australium in Doomsday. But that was the only exciting part of the game...

Also improved my stealth as engie. As soon as the round started I snuck into the last point and built a nest right by the other team's spawn. Became easy from there on, with only the occasional spies trying to sap everything. It's always fun carrying the team while sitting at the constructed nest just spamming the hoedown taunt.
