Certain games going backwards

Has anyone seen when you playing a game for instance Manhunt 2 and you lay the wii remote down and let it go off and you come back that it has made your character run backwards? this happen in another game I was playing also.

Theres a pause button? HA! Just kidding....... Still I had to run through Manhunt 2 backwards to get to a save point. That takes talent Indeed
