Error 51420 cant find answer

i searched for answers in the forum but couldnt find any!

i bought a lan adapter from nintendo and i have a wired modem connected to a wired router and then connected to my PC...

i ave already tried different tipes of cords but any of them works,,, im receiving an 51420 error message, but i think that the problem is with a confguration in my router setup!

please i need some help with that !!

do you have a cable modem?
do you have multiple computers already connected to your router?

cable modems require a specific MAC address. if the router isnt cloneing the correct MAC address (or none at all), then no other computers/consoles will work on the internet.

if you already have multiple computers already connected to your router and are working properly, then more than likely something wrong with your ethernet cable, LAN adapter, or Wii
