Fishing at start: the village HELP!

I've sat there for about an hour and 1/2 now trying to catch these damn fish THEY WONT BITE! Everytime i do get a 'fish on' (about every 1/2 hour) I screw it up by pushing A:mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: . Got any help so I can finish this and move on...?

what you have to do is when the bobber goes doen pull the wiimote over ur arm and it will say fish on and then you hold the wiimote there and the fish will pop out
