How do you unlock SSJ4 Goku, SSJ4 Vegeta, and SSJ4 Gogeta in DBZ: BT3?

well i just got to the gt saga, and defeated the first level and got goku (gt) but i thought that would include also SSJ4 Goku and SSJ4 Gogeta as well but it didn't. and just out of curiosity, i wanna know how to get SSJ4 Vegeta.
