GoldenEye wii is pretty much a call of duty CLONE
literally it is, i mean it is from the same company but the difference is

this game sucks it is nothing like the classic N64 GoldenEye
all that aside if you are using the nunchuk + wiiremote to play the game goodluck because using those controls is like so broken [crappy for some reason]

so either use the CCP or i think gamecube controllers are compatible

I ask this question to my self a lot.....

For now I'm not getting goldeneye, as I have black ops, but when i get bored of it, ill be considering goldeneye, I loved the n64 version and hope the wii do a good job with it ......
