Limewire Music Uploading not working

Lol, Limewire.
Torrents win the internet.
I got the most horrendous spyware off Limewire for trying to download a Jonas Brothers song. Some people say the spyware was deserved for actively desiring to listen to the Jonas Brothers. =(

Same thing as limewire, they're all connected to the gnutella network.

My advice: stop using Limewire. It's basically just a trojan download service.

This man is smart, listen to him.


If you want free legal music (okay, maybe not completely legal...) download clickster.

If you can't find music with clickster, download the dwhelper plugin for firefox. Go to a site that streams the song you want and use dwhelper to download it.

You could also use vixy.net to convert youtube videos into mp3s.

There are plenty of safer ways to get music other than limewire.

Yeah, I do that sometimes myself.. like for example, I'll type the artist name down and then "Megaupload" next to it... or "Mediafire".

e.g. "Ayumi Hamasaki - BLUE BIRD Megaupload" or "Ayumi Hamasaki Megaupload"

[strike]Searching for "{whatever} Rapidshare" also works[/strike] Scratch that, I forgot it was actually Rapidshit. Torrents are usually more reliable though.

By the way, if anyone's having trouble with spyware, check out "Malwarebytes".

I found FrostWire to have a much more limited selection, still I use it because I'm too lazy to download Limewire again.
