Maybe this has been answered before, if so, shoot me.

Does anyone know/think that Nintendo plans to release the original Metroid for VC?? I'd love to play that again.. I'm assuming eventually it will become available, if they release every Metroid game like with zelda..

Nintendo wouldn't leave Metroid out. I wouldn't be surprised to see it in the next to months.
By the way, you can buy a GameBoy (color) for like $10, and the Metroid games ported from the NES for about $5.

The Metroid games are a must have! Its surprising theyre not out yet. Surely very soon.

i would take your 5 bucks, go buy Metroid Prime and unlock the original metroid for nes via gc-gba link up with metroid fusion. but if you dont got metroid fusion or a gba or a gba cable, buy it. othawise please do not buy metroid for VC
