Aelrein spat flames from his throat as he spoke. "I do indeed have a message for you. But, alas, it is only for Richand to hear. Be gone, or I shall remove you." Aelrein said vehemently as he withdrew a long flaming whip and cracked it on the ground, spatting flames across the field.

"It's okay by saying what you just said you have already told me what the message is." Drake drew his sword.
"As a some one from the underworld you must be strong and under contract by storm so there is no point me trying to convert you. Now this is how its gonna work. I'm going to wait here intill Richand gets here. I won't attack unless you attack first." Drake then stood there in silence waiting.

"Ah, Richand Zamikios. You look just like your father." It was impossible to tell Aelrein's facial expression, since his orifices were erupting flames.

"This is the message. You have one of two choices in front of you: The first and most obvious which he knew you were planning anyway, attacking Valentine Castle either through the front or through the hole that Xenth created. By the way, did you know Xenth is a murderer who recently crushed the lives of many civilians in Conud?"

The Demon chuckled.

"The second choice is this: Valentine's offer. He says that he will trade you Siana, but first you ust get something for him. Either you trade him the Orb of Salfir, and Siana will be returned to you, or.... This group of yours will exchange Richand for Siana. Instead of Siana being Valentine's prisoner, Richand will be. Truly, it is your choice. Now, here is my choice. I could kill you all now if you choose option one. If you choose option two, however, then I shall simply escort Richand to the Tower, and Siana will be set free. This will minus bloodshed, so choose what you know you shoud do."

"Either you trade for Siana's life and ensure her survival, or you gamble on whether or not you can fight through Valentine's army and risk her death merely by his whim. He does not need her. Your choice. Oh, might I also point out that both Sekhmet and Seth Covull are their? They are ready to fight, and I guarantee you that if you attempt to remove Siana by force, you will fail. I do not have all day, so make your choice NOW!"

Meanwhile...

Sekhmet stood up from the chair, regaining his composure. "Yes Seth, I beleive we should prepare. A game of Chess perhaps?" he chuckled a bit. "I have always found mental stimulus to be the best preparation before a battle."

Meanwhile...

Storm sat on his throne, gazing through Aelrein's mind with his powers over the Orb.

"Here they come...." he whispered.

Xenth rode up to where Richand and Drake were. "I heard every word. Trust me, option one is easier than finding an Orb. Plus we don't know if that girl can live long. You saw through the void how she looked. I don't think she can last."

--Meanwhile--

Seth pondered for a moment before giving Sekhmet an answer. "I'm sorry, Sekhmet but I will have to decline on the offer. Instead however I will try to unlock the powers of my new scythe, as well as master the current two.

Drake fidgeted just a little. Like I would let that happen, I have the Destry kings diarys, His jounry though the under world. In it is a spell which will send him back. Drake thought for a moment. I could grab him and void surf out of thier. No that will kill me. I can't let Richand do this. Tk and the others were catching up.
It all rests on Richand.

"Would you like my help Seth? As you said before, I am the "Expert" in such things." Sekhmet smiled. Helping Seth would help him as well, allowing him to test just how far his new power would go.

Meanwhile....

Aelrein's head erupted in a sudden fury. He glared at Xenth, "SILENCE, WHELP! The choice is for RICHAND, NOT OYU! So close your mouth before I close it PERMANENTLY!"

"Why don't you make me!" Xenth pulled out his sword ready to leap off the horse if nessacary.

--Meanwhile--

"I believe training with you would be unwise. In case you didn't know, Storm sent one of his underworld servants to delay them with a choice. I saw it leave shortly before you entered. If I were to train with you we would both be exhausted and unprepared. I think its best if you go to a higher floor and wait. Valentine ordered me to kill his son. I will let the others pass on as to prevent interverence of my fight."

"As you wish Seth, I will leave you to your thoughts."

Sekhmet walked out of the room and into his own. He stared into the mirror, and noticed something different about his reflection. He was still Sekhmet, but when closer inspected, his soul had taken the form of Horus, the Black Flame Dragon of Power. Sekhmet chuckled at this.

They dont stand a chance.... Oric, your mine.

Meanwhile....

Aelrein seemed to grin at Xenth's feeble looking sword. "You really want to fight me? Fine, Richand, while you think this over, you can watch Xenth die! You cannot defeat a Demon, Boy!" He growled, fire bellowing him from his innards.

He flicked his flame whip and eyed hungrily as the flaming end aimed to lick Xenths cheek, hard.

Crap! Xenth quickly dropped off the horse and got ready. He knew that when the slow ones caught up they would probably help. Drake might to so he wasn't really worried about dying. Just about being too injured to help in the possible assault.

"Your a thing of darkness and shadows aren't you?" Xenth Held his sword up ready to make his next move.

Richand was silent for what seemed like an eternity. Then he turned to the demon.
"Here's your answer."
Richand swung his sword out and impaled the demon between the eyes, exploding into flame as it screamed a horrible screech.
"I don't trust Storm to uphold his end of the bargain. We aren't going to play by his rules. We're saving Siana, even if it means we have to fight the whole castle. Drake, Zanaku, Oric, you hold off the guards in the front so Storm will have to, at the very least, seperate his forces. Xenth, you're coming with me. Show me the other entrance. Let's go!"
Richand galloped towards the castle at full speed.
Just hang on, Sia... I won't let you die.

Oric had been riding his horse quietly, behind the others. He was deep in thought, thinking about the Orb of Salfir. How was he suppose to find something he had never seen before? He was so concentrated he did hear the unhuman shriek up ahead. He was puzzled when the others took off quickly without saying anything, and Oric decieded to follow. He kicked his horse hard tucking behind its head.

Being a skilled rider, Oric made up ground fast and caught up to the others just as they began their conversation with the Demon. Oric's ears toned in when he heard the mentioning of the Orb, so they know what it is. Do they know where it is at?

Oric quickly drew his sword in defense of the demon's attack on Xenth and approached the firey menace, "You mess with one of us, you fight us all."

The Demon dissapated into the fire as it faded out of existence.
