the scariest game i played would be silent hill when i was 9 it was scary liek ****.im scared of it.

Resident Evil 4 is not scary.

The Crimsonheads in REmake. Holy Damn. They get me every time.

Also, The Silent Hill series scares the crap outta me.

agreed except for maybe one or two parts that make you JUMP. really though you have a kick ass arsenal at your disposal and its the most fun game of the 4th console generation so its not much of a frightening experience.

y'know? i dont know why it is but its always less scary if you watch then if you play those kind of games...

Maybe because when you're playing it, you feel like you're in the game.

you have to play it in the dark to see anything
i'm 26 and it still scares me
i hate being scared!

The thing about Doom is that once you get over the fact that in every corner there's a demon, you won't get scared anymore; because you anticipate it. Try the Fatal Frames, you get to experience fear (or maybe not) all the time. Then when you get a sense of "being safe," and let down your guard, boom, that stuff scares youX_X.
