Slot light?

Not that it's a big deal, but I kind of want to see the slogt light when my Wii is on. Even though I set it to "Bright" in the menu options, it still doesn't come on. My friend is having the same problem on his Wii.

If you get a message it turns on....but I thought you would have known this by now since you already have a Nintendo Wii!

ok for the last time, this has been posted SO many places..

nintendo took away the light, and it is used for alerting you of new messages..

it was suggested that if you really are that keen on having it, you can send yourself an email, and just never read it, and it will stay on forever..

there is nothing wrong with your, or your friend's wii..

next time just use the search feature on the forum, it comes in handy
