I don't get it. Since the E3 everyone is only looking at the bad things. Now I don't say it isn't all true, but I'm getting the feeling that the Wii U doesn't even get a chance. So you can't play old GCN or Wii games in HD. Maybe it's a shame for the fans, but not everyone gets what they want that's life. At least Nintendo is trying to compare to the gamers generation. And HD on the Wii was one of the biggest question of the Nintendo fans, so try to be happy instead of barking it off before trying. Nintendo isn't perfect and it will never be.

I don't want to get any trouble or attack anyone, but it's just my opinion.

nah im only joking, i think the wii u will be a good console but it wont be better then the 360 or ps3 unless nintendo make a controller that doesn't have a screen, or make the big games have the ability to use the pro or classic controller because i dont want to play battlefield 3 or street fighter X tekken with that big thing.

Nintendo will never be like the PS3 or Xbox 360. It's a shame, but I don't need a PS3 with a different name. My brother has a PS3, so I know how that is. It's just that Nintendo try's to make something different then the PS3 and Xbox 360.

Don't worry about the classic and pro controller, the Wii remote is compatible to the Wii U so the controllers have to be compatible too.

stondel you are so right. people are complaing so ****ing much. i know the wii u will be lagit. hd graphics and were deffinetly going to get the cods (know wat i mean the game) i bet u can choose not to point at the screen with it. and skyward sword is coming out soon. do u like zelda? and that wouldnt be right for me playing gamecube games on anything besides a gamecube controller!

I think I'm gonna buy it and if the rumor is true, I'm sure to buy Wii U.

why should anyone have to buy the games they own again? that is down right out of order, it's the same with the 3ds where nintendo are yet again charging for the same games that people already have with the old gameboy games, if you have the games already, why would anyone want to buy them again?
