Just get Firefox (www.Firefox.com) and Ad Blocker Plus (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865) and there your ads problems are away

I know exactly what you are talking about. One time it was like 2 in the morning and for some reason my volume was up and I scrolled over those smilies and it was like deafening: "SAY SUMTHIN! WHAAAAAT?"

I just ignore the ads though, some being funnier than others.

Yeah the ads are annoying but they're kind of a necessary evil. You should start to see more branded ads soon, ads that will actually be of interest - upcoming games etc.

Although everybody does, I don't think we are allowed to be using adblockers on forums. I think it is against the terms of service.
