Anybody a geography major here? :D

What event caused the largest inter-regional migration within the states?

I'm stuck between the civil war, WWII, and the gold rush.

Any ideas?

Edit: Could be the western expansion aswell, but that would align with the gold rush.

From this site. http://www.studystack.com/menu-39420

This would lead me to believe it wouldn't be the gold rush, but since I have nothing better to do I'll see if I can find you an answer.

EDIT: Sorry, I couldn't get any info for you, hopefully someone else will have some prior knowledge of this topic.
