If Sora is comfirmed in brawl i will sersouly start a petition to get SSBB2 out whihc is the same game as SSBB but without SORA and if that does not work i will hack the game just to make sora the sandbag and anything else i can possibly do to hurt him. DISNEY GO HIDE UNDER A TREE AND GO #$@%$ YOURSELF sorry if thats harsh

calm down and talk rationally, you sound semi-pathetic, all this over one character? People feel the same way about sonic but they're not going to do anything about it, do you know why? cause they can't
 
sora 'rock' in other people's eye as well, this is an opinion..everyone has their own....

anyways this thread has gone way off topic, no more talkage from mushroomedmario for the next hour, until the update

Sora will NOT be in Brawl. Calm down and get over it.

The 3rd party canididates need to be in at least 2 games on a nintendo system to be included. Chain of memories only counts as one. And the one in development doesn't count towards the stipulation, because that's after the fact.

Also Sakurai also said that third-party characters will amount to one or two at the most, aside from Snake. So I think 2 is more than enough, and both were put in for good reason. One by fan request (Sonic) and one as a favor for a friend and fellow game creator, also fulfilling a promise. (Snake-Who was originally slated for Melee but cut due to time constraints.)

This Sora for Brawl crap needs to end. There is nothing to confirm that Nintendo is in negotiations with any company at this time about putting another character in Brawl.

We all heard the news of Sega wanting sonic in, as well as the poll taken in Japan and Sonic being the No. 1 choice. We knew all this LONG before the announcement.
And the Snake announcement came with the video trailer announcement for the game so that was a given, and also several articles can be found on the internet dating back to before he was announced stating that Kojima was in negotiation with Sakurai.

There is no proof that any more 3rd party characters will be included. Until we have hard evidence of any such negotiations please stop this "OMFG <insert name here> for Brawl!11one!!one!11!eleventyone1111!!!"

Sorry that I keep beating this dead horse but these repetitious posts are getting on my nerves.

The different color variations are an interesting update though..but what if two people chose the exact same character, and color (i.e.-Dark Fox,or Dark Link) That would possibly lead to confusion in an anonymous 2v2 match unless the overhead buddy icon is going to be constantly there. (which is most likely the case)

uhh there's no proof that any more characters will be in brawl...so by your logic we should just stop talking....about everything besides the daily updates, discussing characters and their chances are somewhat fun for me...why would i stop? because some other person on the internet asked me to? no...

edit- darn, thought this was the character discussion threadm whatevs
 
look im not saying sora will be in brawl... but i can hope. maybe you should play the game before saying that sora sucks, and not play 5 minutes then judge him, i mean playing the game and actually get into it. realise the storyline and then say he sucks.

but here's an idea, if sora does get in brawl... dont use him. simple? yes. to all the sora haters without reason, just dont use him and you wont have to keep whining with reasons why sora wont get in.
and didnt ice climers only have one game on nes? same as pit? maybe pit had some on GB

EDIT:eek:h god, i also thought this was the Character discussion... no more character discussion.
