What do you do when you're bored?

I'm on vacation with my older sister in Washington DC. We're staying at our cousin's house but he has no cable and doesn't know how to set up wifi. My sister and I are very different even though we're both girls. She likes shopping I like video games she likes going out I like playing sports etc. Since our cousin works all day we need something to do. So I need some ideas. What do you do when you're bored?
