FALSE. I don't know about you, but I tried Wii Fit once and will never do it again! I was too tired to play wii archery afterward!

The only thing I've heard of Rugby is that it's vaguely similar to American football but without the protection. I may have watched a couple games but I never pay srs attention to it.
