Here's the link if you're interested in looking at an interview with the inventor.

I would love to try one out, but not actually buy one.

Scary. I can't ride a bike where my feet don't touch the ground. Aaaand, I'm afraid of ladders.

Eh..seems cool. I got good balance but not enough to ride something like that. Add training wheels? I'm good.

P.S.-Celeste, I'm feeling a little better.

That thing is crazy!
But I much prefer riding my bike, grounds not too far if I fall

how do you get off...?

Oh dear
[Silly mode]You need another person for that

But to get off the bike I assume you fall off

Wow, hahaha!

We see "tall bikes" around here all the time (up around the Old City) - not as high as those, but a good solid 7+ feet off the ground (like the 3rd or 4th crossbar on the yellow one). I've never seen one start or stop, which has always been a big question of mine.

St. Augustine? Yeah, there are some pretty tall bicycles around there. Like you I've never seen one actually move though, looks like it could be pretty dangerous/fun.
