Help me please.

I just got a new Ipod and I only got about 500 songs in it. So i'm trying to find more great songs. And im intrested in Rap/Hiphop or Rap alone so if you know any artists with a great song from that genre enter it in you post. I'm also intrsted in Rock such as Billy Talent, Nickleback, and Sum 41(alot others to), so if you know any greats songs that have to with rock post it down too.

IMO there is not good (let alone "great") rap/hip-hop songs

if you like Sum 41 look into:

Atari's
AFI
Andrew WK
Bad Religion

that's all off the top of my head right now, will have a look at my iPod later and list some more

In my opinion there are some great rap/hip-hop songs. You'll want to pick up Kanye West's (Graduation) and 50 Cent's (Curtis) new albums, both released on September 11. Not all of these are rap/hip-hop but they are very good tunes:

-Timbaland - The Way I Are
-Gym Class Heroes - 4th Period: Clothes Off!
-Sean Kingston - Beautiful Girls
-The Hoosiers - Worried About ray
-Kanye West - Stronger
-Editors - An End Has A Start

For rap, I prefer Eminem and Xzibit. Haven't listened to much other rap.

What about older stuff? Classic rock? Old school rap? Grab some Beatles, Zeppelin, Springsteen, Public Enemy, Run DMC, etc.

I love Em, he's one of my favourite rappers..but yeh, LoVeWiI, just download anything by any particular artist that you like, because if you don't already have it then you'll probably like it.

Billy Talent is great (I love Fallen Leaves), Sum 41 used to be one of my favorites, and they still sound good.
