i cant get past the bit were you have to take the zora kid to kakariko village the asshole gobins keep bruning the cart and i tryed to use the boomarang but it is pure **** and there are ever more gobins when you kill the others:frown2:

Look out for a bird that drops bombs on the cart, u gotta take him out to progress.

Like Imae says, the important thing is to look out for the birds and kill them as quick as you can. There's not normally a desperate hurry to put the fire out on the wagon so that can wait until there are no birds around.
Only bother killing the goblin things if they're in your way.
