Battalion Wars 2, Metroid Prime 3, Medal of Honor Heroes 2 (the online will keep you busy), No More Heroes, Super Paper Mario,

The VC is full of very great games, namely: Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time + A link to the Past, Super mario 64, etc... Those will last you quite a bit imo.

Dragon Quest Swords is worth about 20-40 hrs of fun.

Uhm.. actually it's about 10 hours, of a not-so-great game.
