This needs explosion, a high STAB move that u can use wen u know u are gona die in the next move. this is dangerous if u are able to use Sworddance first so i suggest making it hold a focus sash. probably an adamant nature aswell for that boosted attack

Jolteon-
thunder wave/toxic
thunder bolt
Shadow Ball
extreme speed(i love egg groups)

For me i think shadow ball is also a necessity on any of the eevee family group, as it comes as a suprise to ghost pokemon and psychics (of which u will outspeed most). TW is good to slow down sweepers whereas toxic is good to take care of annoying pokemon, but its up to u really on the move choice there.

Im sure u are using this as ur mixed wall and its got a good moveset, but no need for shadow punch as priority move shadow sneak makes more sense. so replace it with any of the other punches.

Im guessing ur DDMence, the moveset is better the one ive give u
However i prefer the CBMence, coz it gives more type coverage

the team is not bad, the combo is okay, but ive actually faced someone withthat combo and beat it quite easily but luckily i had a good starting pair. U have good diversity in ur team so yeah its good so far.

But I will say that Jolteon cannot learn Extremespeed.

no, eevee can not be bred with growlithe
