Smash Bros Brawl Delayed?

Hey, I was just a doing a little research and found that they pushed the release date for japan back to 1/24/08. Now nothing has been confirmed on whether or not the US will also experiance this delay but it's in question now. I think they're trying to butter us up with all these great updates about online co-op and Sonic so the bads new doesn't seem so bad. I read this on several sites. Yeah, if it was delayed on Japan I really think it will be delayed on the US too :scared:

America got the Wii before Japan did. We may still receive it before them.

They changed the release date on the american site to TBD for to be determined.

That can't be good. If anything it is to make it either
1-Sell it closer to chirstmas in hopes to sell better
2-To add a couple characters and other minor things
or
3-Sakurai came upon a problem and had to fix it.

My hopes is for 2. I hope not for one because it will make it harder to find.
