As many of these threads as there are, it's still always fun to speculate about which classics will be revived. I'd like Adventures of Bayou Billy - NES, Mario 3 - NES, Tecmo Super Bowl - NES, Caveman games - NES, Harley's Humongous Adventures - SNES, Zombies ate my neighbors - SNES, Mario Paint - SNES, Mortal Kombats 1-3 - SNES, Super Baseball 2020 - NeoGeo, Nam 1975-Neo Geo, Windjammers - Neo Geo, Tecmo World Cup - Neo Geo, Goal! Goal! Goal! - Neo Geo, NBA Hangtime - N64, Goldeneye-n64,

It's been done before, but heck, my most wanted has obviously changed since I last posted it. In no order, I wouldn't mind seeing:

    Zombies Ate My Neighbours (SNES/MD)
    Chrono Trigger (SNES)
    Ys I&II (TG-16)
    Monster World IV (MD, import)
    Secret of Mana (SNES)
Seiken Densetsu 3 (SNES, import)- probably wishful thinking.
Soleil / Crusader of Centy (MD)
Castlevania Dracula X: Rondo of Blood (TG-16, import)
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island (SNES)
    Earthbound (SNES)
    Cadash (TG-16)
    Shining Force II (MD)
Super Mario RPG (SNES)- I have no intention of getting it, but it'll get Bigjake to shut up about it.

Definitely Super Mario Bros 3. I have been waiting for that game forever. And Megaman 2 for NES. That game was amazing, got good memories with it :)

    1. SSB isn't M rated.
    2. As far as I'm aware there's no restriction against M-rated VC games (apparently a game called Kamaitachi no Yoru made it to the Japanese VC with their equivalent to an M-rating). Remember, there is a PIN code system for parents who think their kids will be traumatised by red coloured sprites. Plus it's worth pointing out there weren't many M-rated games back then anyway (only ones that come to my mind are the Mortal Kombat games).

    The Oregon Trail

It's been around forever and has never made it to a video game console. C64, apple II, PC, and Mac as far as I know. With the keyboard support it would be easy to type the names for your characters. Not to mention a lot of people would probably love to download it. I have a lot of fond memories of that game.

There was a game released in Japan by Factor 5 called Targa or Rendering Ranger. This game was supposed to combine Turrican, Contra, run 'n gun gameplay and shmup levels. Anyway, the game's graphics were supposed to be awesome for the SNES and didn't suffer from the slowdown of games like Gradius 3 even though a whole bunch of stuff was onscreen at once. I'd love to see this one get a release. Here are some videos:
