Yeah! Why does everyone think that it's a console for kids? I mean if you check on http://www.wiichat.com/nintendo-wii-chat/23274-how-old-all-wii-owners-here.html then you can see that all of the Nintendo Wii owners are 13-30 and some of them are even in the 40s so why the heck wherever I go I hear "Nintendo Wii is for babies"? I know that those kind of idiotic people must be ignored but this is ennoying because I really don't like to see anyone making fun of something I own or that has some relationship with me like my game, console, family or friend! If anyone has a way to reply to idiots which call Nintendo Wii a childish console for no reason then give it to me right now! :mad5:

It's because children are more likely to pick up a Wii than a 360 or a PS3.

Also, there were very few "adult" titles on the GameCube. For a long time, Nintendo has chosen the family-orientated path, but that doesn't mean that it is just for kids.

The Wii is a console for all ages, and games such as WiiSports are great in that a seven-year-old could beat an adult.

There is a lot more third-party support for the Wii than there was for the GameCube, so soon people will be seeing a greater variation in games, and consequently (hopefully) this will cause the Wii to lose its 'kiddy' image.

That being said, there is nothing wrong with playing a console that is child-friendly.

Oh but I think there is one more reason for it is that Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 use games with realistic graphics while Nintendo Wii uses games with cartoonistic graphics which make those idiots think that it's a game for kids. Oh yeah and what pisses me off more is that they take Mario, Link, Sonic, Samus, Fox, Pit and other characters as childish characters and Solid Snake, Master Chief and all those kinds of characters as adultish characters.

Before posting this reply I was at the mall and I saw a trailer of Super Smash Bro. Brawl on the widescreen of a game selling market. I was standing near a guy and his little brother.. When Zero Suit Samus appeared he said "What the ****? :shocked: " and I said "Eh? :wtf: " then he told me "Kids are going to play this game and they make a female looking like this for them? :scared: " then I told him "Who are those kids? Your children? :wink: " and he told me "HAH?! Grow up and get yourself a Playstation 3! Hahah!!! :lol: " and he went when I couldn't reply on him so I was owned and he won it as Nintendo Wii is for kids which pissed me off that I wanted to kick hiss @#$ infront of everyone. :mad5:

So I think there is no way to reply on them and I can't protect my pride for having a Nintendo Wii.

I actually like the PS3 for it's feature and design but for that kind of money it would probably make more sense to upgrade a PC to newer specs and play some great PC games instead. So if Wii is for children it's for wise children.

Erm, why? I think they should do, to appeal to even more people, and give more options to what type of games there are for the Wii.

I think they should make just as Lewi T suggested because it would attract people which like to play with males / females with sexy looks and it would make those people which think Nintendo Wii is for kids change their mind when they see it with maturistic looking characters and about the blood violence, the blood violence would make the game look more realistic than how it would be without the blood violence and there are people which are looking for games with blood violence(The Darkness[Ps3 Game] fans). :lol:

Surprisingly not the Wii.

The Wii is mainly considered kiddy because of the Gamecube, and people refuse to give the Wii a chance to prove its case, like Ronald here. Yes there are kids game on there, but almost every system has the Barnyard's etc.
Wii has mature games, and will continue to bring them out, along with great titles rated teen.
