The way I see it, since Opera are creating the port, Nintendo needs to pay them. Thus, a small fee for the download of the program SPECIALLY made for the Wii. Still seems a bit ludicrous, as they would do better to include it an slap an extra $5 on the price of the console.
This will probably harm Nintendo more than anything, as the people who aren't web saavy, or used to purchasing downloadable programs for a console, may simply avoid it.
I think, regardless of how much you guys have to pay, us Australians have to pay (close to) double. Or at least rounded up a little from the exchange rate.
