I played against someone a couple nights ago who was toobing on jungle and archives. He was a level 39, which seemed off to me because most "higher-level" players don't suck so badly that they have to use a grenade launcher. Then I looked in the world rankings and noticed Agent Wevil was only level 39 after more than 11 DAYS of playing time. He sucks.
