all this says to me is that despite how good the game(s) are from nintendo, they are incappable at delivering things on time. this is seriously ridiculous. sakuria is losing alot of credibility for his inability to lead this project timely. theres nothing that excuses consecitive tardiness...one time ok...but after that no. EVERY major wii title they've developed (zelda dosent count since its a GC game originaly) has had delays...they need to get it together.

Due to delays in the completion of Super Smash Bros. Brawl, we’ve had to change the release date of the game to Sunday, March 9th.

They arent "perfecting" anything. The game is in production already, so it's a marketing snafoo.
See, it's going to sell...ALOT, so a LOT of copies need to be made, and Nintendo doesnt want SSBB's sales conflicting with No More Heroes, ETC.
cmon now, the Japanese gameplay/spoilers start Jan. 24th if you want to know EVERYTHING about it.

This isn't as bad as it seems. I mean we will get it soon enogh. It's not like Duke Nukem Forever at least...that game's been in delay over 10 years and still going.

Brawl will be the best selling game on the wii once it releases and it will stay on top until the end of the wii's life-cycle. I'm predicting it will end up being as hard to find as wii's themselves come launch day due to back-orders.
