actually we got two sonic updates on christmas

and sonic was born on christmas island....so we did get a christmas update

I didn't really like the Secret Rings that much. That music was alright but the gameplay was bleh.

Agreed...I rented the game...never made it past the tutorial...I'm waiting to see what the Sonic style stage is going to look like...

But seriously there seems to be more to this gam then we are exprecting. He is probably holding back some MAJOR updates that we probably would have never guessed of.

Ah shut up. SEGA's still alive and kicking. I happen to love all the 3D Sonic games (although 06 has too many loading screens...) and I feel they translated from the 2D franchise really well. Just cuz it's not what you were expecting doesn't mean it's not fun.

I WILL agree with the comments on Sonic Rush's music though! =D

Really? Shame...I happen to agree with him. I don't want all of 'em in there or anything, but I thouroughly enjoyed that soundtrack and hope to hear some of it return for Brawl ^_^

Yeah, it's hard to get used to...it's eventually more fun though, but the tremendous learning curve dissappointed me...

Oh, it's not that the 3D games aren't what I was expecting. It's that all of his games as of late have been just not good.

Last 'good' Sonic game for me was Sonic Adventure: 2 Battle.
After that, Sonic games have been hit by lame voice-acting and 80's rock.

The more mute Sonic is, the better.

Sonic and the Secret Rings sucked. But since all 3D Sonic's have, it wasn't a surprise.

Sonic's confirmation was too sugar coat a delay.
