Non-specific action figure is awesome
get over it
....why?

Okay, after a little Googling I found out that Non Specific Action Figure is going to be a character for Wii U or something, which I was totally unaware of. I thought he was just some joke that appeared in E3. Maybe if he's important enough he'll get a slot.

Anyway Batman is an iconic character and has been around since 1939. Something that old can't originate from a video game.
Doesn't matter.
However he has been successful in the video game market starting with the NES and has grown more popular in video games ever since (Arkham City and even Lego Batman).
Overall he has been in the gaming industry for almost as long as video games themselves and he has had success with it.
Still not Nintendo. At least Snake, Sonic, Megaman, and Wright are video game characters.

No need for Batman. Pokemon trainers can just be reskins.
Not really. They're completely different characters.

Also remember that ROB was not born in a video game. He was a hybrid for the toy industry and the gaming industry.

I think only one Pokémon trainer is needed.

But he's Nintendo, and was a video game accessory.

Well that's your opinion. Personally I really don't care for Zoroark, and would rather see Rosa or N. While there are plenty of Generation V Pokemon I like a lot, none of them can really be playable in Smash Bros, sadly.

If by stupid you mean realistic, then yes. It's a very likely scenario if the characters are as popular as you say. However, Nintendo knows that more than one trainer fighter is not necessary.

No, by stupid I mean stupid. They can have Pikachu, Red, Jigglypuff, Lucario, and another Pokemon OR another trainer. Mashing two of them into one is like making Ghirahim and Ganandorf different skins of the same character.

I can see a reskin DLC

No! No DLC.

Ghirahim and Ganondorf are popular villains whereas the pokemon characters are just pokemon characters. Also, both are representative such as Ghirahim with SS or Ganon being the series villain.

So you're just being biased because you don't care for Pokemon? Fantastic. Because a series you don't like totally deserves that blatant lack of respect.

Perhaps you misheard me somehow. I said that the Ghirahim and Ganon are both villains, with one being the newest villain and the other being the series villain. Additionally, I never said that I didn't care for it, I just don't like the competitive aspect of it. Same with all games. It wouldn't hurt to make several changes to the games. I still play Pokemon, kind of.

I interpreted it as "All Pokemon trainers are basically the same, mash them into one character." I could possibly see Red and Hilda/Rosa getting the same character slot, if it weren't for their need to train different Pokemon, which would require fairly different playstyles. N for sure would have to have his own slot, cause he's, well, N.

Gaben suddenly decides to start working on Episode 3. To build hype, he gets Freeman in SSB4.

Impossible scenario, but still....

So I was thinking....what Pokemon should N have in SSB4 if he appears? Besides Zoroark, Reshiram, and Zekrom, nothing he uses in the games strikes me as being worthy enough to be playable in SSB. So maybe he should use Pokemon he didn't use in game, possibly along with Zoroark, since Reshy/Zeky might not work. Said Pokemon would have to be important, of course. This makes a lot of sense since N uses an astounding variety of Pokemon.

Options I can think of:

Totodile/Servine/Blaziken
Arcanine/Zoroark/Poliwhirl
Flareon/Jolteon/Vaporeon
Zoroark/Glaceon/Leafeon (Actually, he uses all these Pokemon in game, so it fits nice)
Zoroark/Alakazam/Machamp

And here's my mostly unrealistic fan team

Sableye/Mawile/Zoroark

Any other realistic ideas, or fan teams, that N could use?
