If you have the NTSC version Sheik's dthrow, which leads to chaingrabbing, is very effective for leading to her 'slap of death'. Its just about the worst possible high knockback horizontal move and about as painful as Marth's Fsmash.

If you happen to have the PAL version, her grabs don't lead to chainthrows coz of the way the designers tried to remove her chainthrowing abilities by making the grabbed move too far forward to be caught again in the air. But this grab has the advantage of leading the opponent into an easy 'slap of death'.

The fastest grabs attributed are ICs and Peach's. ICs have the killer grab combos, allowing certain executions to effectively render the opponent immobile between throwing and grabbing, or during grabs. This is frowned on in tourneys.
Peach has her fthrow which is just as painful as Sheik's fair/Marth's Fsmash and the opponent only has a chance of escaping it through button mashing or attempting to control his trajectory when being thrown offstage.
