and edit: when it comes to nintendo's franchises, ninty uses the "why fix what aint broke" approach. they'll kill mario and link when they stop selling... so that will be never.

I had no idea FF started on Nintendo....and at those times I was ONLY messing with Nintendo too. I have no idea how those games slipped under my radar.

I did see a trailer for FF 12, and it looks really impressive. Looks almost too good to be on PS2.

Same here! I dont really think now is the right time to get a PS3 because there really isnt anything interesting. Christmas is very close to 2008 and thats when the great games appear to be coming. A few more months, thats all it is! Time goes by very fast these days so its no big deal.

Do you guys think I would like this if I hated all the other ones and hate stealth games? It doesn't seem to likely, but I am drooling over this one.

Well I just downloaded the Heavenly Sword demo, and it was ****ing awesome, though I was kinda pissed that it only lasted a few minutes. I spent 2 1/2 hours downloading it since PSN downloads are so damn slow just to play it for three minutes. :mad5:

I got annoyed with the slow downloads so I upgraded my internet service, and connect directly with a cat 6. It downloads at about 1 mb per second.

Usually if you call your ISP they can hook you up. It's usually only about $10 bucks a month extra.
