no and you shouldn't say that in these forums, theres alot of young kids who'd still believe, it just craptacular now, over commercialised, poor family, no christmas spirit any more it's just really lame, i see everyone on these forums basically bragging about all the stuff they got and it sickens me it really does

This is the first xmas that I really didn't get anything...other than like $55 from a couple of my aunts and I didn't give anything either. I'm pretty content with the things that I've bought using money from my summer job. My mom and I sort of plan on having xmas in February when prices on things go down and income tax comes in. I'll be looking to get some nice headphones, the v-moda vibes to be exact, and hopefully an iPod if Apple puts out one during Macworld that is a full screen (a.k.a. the screen takes up the whole device and it's touch-sensetive) and/or has a better interface (something to compete with the Zune's). I haven't had an mp3 player for months, so I can't wait for Macworld this year. Maybe I'll try to get an Xbox 360 near the time when Halo3 comes out and of course more Wii games and controllers.

To the post above, why not be happy for those that are fortunate, unless they're really bragging and stuff. Gosh, there are soooo many people in the world that are dieing in wars and living on less than a dollar a day...

lol i didnt get anything but i baught my son a xbox 360 with a hack n slash game lol ..he likes those types of games i think it called ninty nine nights or somthing like that and smack down vs raw . also got him other things .. though i did buy myself a wii ealier this month

Well, I got back a few hours ago with Elebits and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance.

I LOVE Elebits and haven't tried Marvel: Ultimate Alliance but I've tried it on 360 and its pretty fun.

I still don't have any extra controllers though.

EDIT: Forgot to say I also got Red Steel... haven't had time to play it yet either though.

I got a new HP Pavilion dv6103nr Entertainment Laptop with a docking station and carrying bag (i can finally get rid of my piece of crap emachines desktop from 5 years ago). I'm also getting Vista Premium edition sent to me when it comes out, so that'll be sweet. Guitar Hero 2 for my ps2, DDR, $250 in cash which I plan on spendning on wii games and probably laptop accessories, gamecube controller and SSB:M....think thats about it. It was a good Christmas.

Seems like it was that way for everyone else to.

Welll on the Wii side of things (doubt you guys care about other things... or even the Wii things I got ) I got Need for Speed : Carbon and.... CARS :lol: obviously my Dad saw Cars for cheap on eBay so got it for me and I'm getting Zelda with Christmas money - my first Zelda game.
