Look,the first Person to put in a Boss Pic I will Rep.Second Person I will flip a coin for Rep,Heads I will Rep you,and Third person with a Pic I will flip two Coins,both Heads equals Rep.And Fourth person I will fliip 3 coins,3 Heads is Rep for you.Everybody else who give a Boss pic after that,I will flip 4 coins......same system.....all heads eqeuls Rep.......
