Thanks for suggestions guys, I'm just napping then coming back every now and again. Hoping it'll clear off soon.
 
Best remedy I know of is to hydrate with sports drinks/tea/water, nothing carbonated unless you want to try a sprite/7-up to help settle your stomach, sleep is always a good thing to get when you're ill, also some crackers usually helps when my stomach is upset.

As for keeping myself entertained, I usually just watch tv or play games until I feel up to getting out and about.
